OMG this is the best restaurant I have ever been to. My husband bought me here on our holiday as he said it was special, talk about understatement. The atmosphere is nice, the staff were exceptional & the food was out of this world. The surroundings are beautiful right on the beach.

Great food & drink, good service & amazing scenery what more could you want!

Found this restauraunt via looking around trip advisor so glad we did! amazing setting, was worth the hour and a bit drive from Gravesend.

Birthday lunch for Mum, she's 89 you know! Really attentive service from start to finish. This pub can really cook. Best croquettes ever. Mum said her Swordfish was the best she's tasted outside America. Beautiful bread board. Not much of a sea view from inside the pub, so if you want to watch the waves, pick a day when it's warm enough to sit on the terrace. Well done to manager and staff, a picture perfect performance. We had such a great time. Thank you.

Visited on a scorching Sunday in June having walked over the clifftops from Kingsdown. Had Sunday lunch, roasted pork belly with loads of well cooked veg and washed down with a bitter shandy. We sat inside as it was so hot outdoors, music on the speaker was motown (fabulous). A lovely ambience, great food and beer!

Great place for a family dinner. Meals are delicious, served in great shape. Prices like everywhere-but not shocking. The place itself has nice interior decorations with sea - theme elements.

Have been to St Margarets a lot of times because of the view out to sea and to look at Ian Flemings residence but never been in the pub...until today...would highly recommend it to anyone...staff were all young but very friendly and enthusiastic and attentive to your needs....()...really glad that finally I have visited the pub and definitely would again when in the area...the owners should be proud of the quality of the food and also of the staff they employ because they did them proud...

Fab food, fab service, and fab location. The Moroccan lamb, chickpea and cauliflower dish was delish, and the fish and chips excellent. Both at table and behind the bar the team were welcoming, polite, friendly and efficient. And, then the location, fantastic view with a dramatic landscape, and within touching distance (almost of France). A fab dining experience.

We visited here as a half way stop for lunch when walking the white cliffs. Online booking was easy, table ready when we arrived and service prompt. Lovely place to sit, have lunch and watch the ships in the channel. Recommended!
