We are often adding to our existing team as they develop, in all areas:

Bar, Front of House, Restaurant, and of course the Kitchen. But we unfortunately cannot offer “live in positions” you will also be better of with your own transport as the hill can be a tough walk especially in the winter months.

The kitchen is run by our Chef Sam Wydymus who is a co-owner of the business and the Front of House and bar is run by her husband Nigel Wydymus again a co-owner; we mention this to let you know that although we take on senior staff that can deputise in the absence of, the above positions are not vacant.

The teams and Kitchen brigade are generally small but if everyone does their bit it all works very well indeed and there is no space to hide a lack of effort, we are committed to training and have relationships with many training bodies both to work in house and at colleges.

Due to the building size and layout with our position we do have to run things differently from most pubs and restaurants so an open mind to procedures is an asset but a fun challenge.
